- Outcome Visualization: Outcome Visualization is used to visualize the outcome of a future event. Imagine visualizing the outcome of a race, receiving a standing ovation for your dance performance or delivering your speech with perfection etc. Outcome visualization is most commonly practiced.
- Process Visualization: Process Visualization is used to imagine the steps necessary to accomplish your goal. Think about all that you need to do like the practice for your game, the rehearsals for your dance or the research for your speech etc.
- Rational Visualization: Rational visualization is used to visualize things going wrong and helps you to understand how to cope with that situation. Imagine falling down as your start running, missing a step in a dance performance, forgetting your speech content etc.
